Strategic by instinct. Sharp by design.

I’m a communications strategist who helps brands, founders, and teams get crystal clear on what they stand for — and sound like themselves everywhere they show up.

My background spans global CPG, outdoor gear, action sports, and startup brand building. I’ve developed messaging systems, launched new products, restructured voice and visual identity from the inside out, and built communications plans for everyone from legacy retailers to VC-backed snacks.

But the thread through all of it is this: I help you get aligned. Not only what you’re saying, but how, where, and why. The goal isn’t just clarity — it’s consistency. Because brands don’t succeed for being clever—they win when they’re coherent.

A Bit More…

    • Helping select clients refine their brand architecture, messaging systems, and executive presence

    • Building out a consulting framework for high-performance, values-aligned brands

    • Writing about communication, culture, and attention on Substack

    • Pursuing an Executive MBA to deepen the strategic side of my work

    • Positioning is a system — not a tagline.

    • Voice is a trust-builder, not a style choice.

    • Consistency beats cleverness.

    • Strategy should be usable, not theoretical.

    • You don’t need a louder brand — you need a sharper one.

  • Before I worked in strategy, I worked in stories. I’ve always cared about how ideas land — how people receive, repeat, and reshape what they hear. That instinct drove me into brand work, where I saw how often brilliant ideas got buried under sloppy messaging or scattered execution. I started consulting to fix that.

My work now is equal parts pattern recognition, refinement, and narrative discipline. I bring structure to story. And story to strategy.

    • I live in Colorado, write at altitude, and believe brand clarity should feel like clean air.

    • I’ve worked on projects involving pro cycling, outdoor gear, direct-to-consumer food, and wellness — I care most about brands that move with purpose.

    • My clients have appeared in Fast Company, Inc., and Forbes, but the best metric is when they tell me “we finally sound like us.”
